Imagiaura Terms of Service & Service Guidelines

1. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit the generation of inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content. This includes but is not limited to:

- Violent, hateful, or discriminatory images.
- Explicit or adult content.
- Any content that violates legal, ethical, or community standards.

2. Abuse of GenTokens

Use of bots, scripts, or any other automated methods to earn or exploit GenTokens is strictly not allowed. Abusing the system is against our policies. Action will be taken if caught.

Unfair methods may include but is not limited to:
- Using automated methods, like web-bots, automated scripts.
- Other methods of web automation.

3. Abuse of the Bot

Any misuse or abuse of the Imagiaura bot, including overloading the system, harassment, or disrupting services for others, will not be tolerated and action will be taken.

4. Refund policy

If you choose to purchase GenTokens from our store, please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if a refund request is submitted within 15 days of purchase, and no GenTokens from that purchase have been used, our team will process a refund after review.

Refunds are only available under these specific conditions and at the discretion of our staff.

5. Data Privacy and User Rights

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The only information we store is your name and Discord profile, (and email for beta signup's) which are necessary for account functionality. We store your image generations for initial moderation, however are deleted after a week.

All images generated through Imagiaura are entirely yours. You retain full ownership and are free to use them for any purpose, including commercial projects. We prioritize your privacy and creative freedom, ensuring your content remains exclusively in your control.

At last, our User Agreement

By using Imagiaura's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, including our data privacy policies and rules regarding the use of GenTokens. Your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined here. We hope this wasn't too boring.
